Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from NIAGARA. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 15-day free return and exchange policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Customized, engraved, or personalized items are exempt from being returned.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at infoniagaracollection@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free returns and exchanges for eligible items within the 15-day window. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label once your return request is approved.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
