GENERAL POLICY

Return within 14 days
You can return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days from the date of shipment.

Return conditions
Simply fill out the enclosed return form and send back the unused product with the original packaging.

Domestic return locations
We provide return locations in both the US and Europe for your convenience.

RETURNS

Eligibility for returns
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition with the original packaging. Once we receive the returned items, we'll process your refund. The refund will include the price of the returned products as well as any shipping costs you paid at the time of purchase.

Return process
Fill out the return form enclosed with your order, pack the item securely, and send it back to the provided return address. You'll receive your refund once we receive and inspect the item.

Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

EXCHANGES

Eligibility for exchanges
You can exchange non-personalized items, including earrings, within 14 days from the date of delivery. Simply return the original piece and let us know the size or color you prefer.

Exchange process
For exchanges, please contact us with your order number and request details. After receiving the original item, we will send you the replacement.

Exchange shipping costs
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back for an exchange. However, the new item will be shipped free of charge.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

HYGIENE AND SAFETY NOTE

Sealed products
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement or exchange. This includes earrings and any items where the seal has been broken.
