• Where is my order coming from?
Well, it depends. We work with 3PLs and trusted partners around the world, and we may send your order from USA , England, Italy, or Turkey.
• Can you ship by a certain date?
Yes, we can.
• Do you offer shipping upgrades?
All orders are shipped with the most secure and fast way. You don't need to pay extra for that.

If you don't live in US, package may require customs clearance when shipped internationally. It is your responsibility to pay any taxes at the border. You will be contacted by the carrier or customs.

•We plant one tree for every $75 spent, as an estimate to offset our carbon footprint. Each fully grown tree will absorb approximately 20 kilograms of CO2 per year.

•We can e-mail planting certification to you or as a gift to someone else.
