Returns and Exchanges

•You can return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days from the date of shipment.
•Simply fill out the enclosed return form and send the unused product with the original packaging.
•We provide a domestic return location for US and Europe orders.
•Once we receive the package, your refund for the returned products, as well as the originally incurred delivery cost, will be initiated. You can also exchange your earrings in 14 days.
•Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement.
