We can engrave initials as a statement, and make any jewelry with Rose, White or Beige Gold. Let us know also when it is a gift, we will include a cute gift card to your package.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders

All prices are VAT (KDV) included.

International orders

If you don't live in the US, your package may require customs clearance when shipped internationally. It is your responsibility to pay any taxes at the border. You will be contacted by the carrier or customs.

How long does it take to prepare my order?
Most orders are prepared within a few business days, depending on customization requests.

Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order has not entered production yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.

What materials do you use?
We use 14K and 18K gold options including Rose Gold, White Gold, and Beige Gold.

Is your jewelry solid gold?
All pieces are solid gold. Product details will show exact gold type.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

What if my package is lost?
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

What if my package is marked delivered but I didn't receive it?
We recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier first. If needed, we will support you in resolving the issue.

PLANTING

We plant one tree for every $75 spent, as an estimate to offset our carbon footprint. Each fully grown tree will absorb approximately 20 kilograms of CO2 per year.

To ensure an accurate calculation of CO2 emissions, we take into account various factors related to our operations.

We can e-mail planting certification to you or as a gift to someone else.
